A hungarian private healthcare company had extensive infrastructure but lacked digital services directly linking users and doctors. The COVID-19 pandemic heightened demand for telemedicine, and the company required a unified, scalable system combining bookings, consultations, patient management, and analytics across varied stakeholders.
As UX designer, I partnered with the project owner to define user journeys, role-specific flows, and comprehensive specs. I created wireframes, high-fidelity visuals, and interactive prototypes for both mobile apps and web-based admin tools. I also helped establish version control, collaborating closely with dev teams in weekly sprints.
Rather than build from scratch, we integrated already existing systems into one modular architecture. I separated institutional, clinical, and patient interfaces, ensuring each user group had a tailored experience. My focus was on consistency and clarity, without reinventing existing medical services, while preparing the architecture for future white-label rollouts.
