GoodID is a startup venture offering a service that allows users to securely store personal documents on their phones, enabling fast and paperless transactions with various service providers. The Markweb Digital team supported the company’s entry into the Hungarian market, where my role involved editing and illustrating communication materials, including executive proposals, presentations, and visual designs for web integrations and marketing campaigns.
I adapted technical visuals to local cultural context by illustrating identity workflows, document capture, e-signing, authentication in a familiar visual style. I simplified complex identity concepts into diagrams and icons that assisted non-technical stakeholders in understanding the product. I edited executive documents to enhance narrative flow and visual coherence, strengthening GoodID’s pitch to banks, utilities, SMEs, and government partners.
Translating GoodID’s ISO-certified, cybersecurity-heavy messaging into approachable visuals without diluting its secure positioning was challenging. I navigated strict technical accuracy, brand compliance, and language localization, all under tight launch deadlines, to craft assets that felt both advanced and trustworthy.
The company has since established itself as a stable alternative in electronic identification. They offer authentication, e-signing, loyalty document management, and check-in functionality for 1,000+ Hungarian accommodations via its app. My contributions hopefully underpinned their credibility and helped drive early adoption in Hungary.
