Jet Travel, a prominent Hungarian travel agency with over three decades in business, operating since 1989, saw bookings evaporate during COVID-19. With traditional brochures grounded and client confidence shaken, the agency needed a new way to speak to its audience—fast, clearly, and cost-efficiently, to preserve brand presence and credibility in a paused travel market.
As graphic designer, I revamped all marketing materials. I reorganized print assets into magazine-style layouts, restructured information flows for clarity, and replaced dense tables with engaging infographics. I sourced emotionally resonant photos and created illustrations to evoke a sense of adaptability despite travel constraints.
I chose a structured, magazine-inspired format over traditional brochures to improve readability and audience impact. I translated complex pricing and health guidelines into visual infographics, making content approachable even for casual readers. Emphasizing emotional imagery helped sustain client relationships, keeping Jet Travel top-of-mind for future bookings.
Though pandemic-era metrics were muted, the new materials allowed Jet Travel to maintain audience communication and brand relevance without major spend. By visualizing essential information and presenting it informatively and emotionally, the agency adapted intelligently to shifting market conditions, readying itself for post-pandemic recovery.
